Comprehensive Redevelopment of the Pikine-Guédiawaye Tax Center
Client: Directorate General of Taxes and State Property
On an area of 8 hectares, we ensured the complete rehabilitation and modernization of the Pikine-Guédiawaye Tax Centre, with a view to security, functional comfort and well-being for staff and users.
Work completed:
Site security:
Reconstruction of the 4-meter perimeter fence with electric barbed wire,
Implementation of a complete video surveillance system.
Interior and exterior design:
Expansion and reinforcement of parking facilities,
Construction of an integrated police station to ensure site security. 
Modern social facilities:
Construction of a two-story social complex of approximately 300 m², including:
- A restaurant on two levels,
- A prayer room,
- A meeting/admissions room,
- A weight room,
- A modern, well-equipped infirmary.
Sports equipment:
Installation of a football pitch to encourage staff well-being.

Physical and Digital Archiving Center
Client: Pikine-Guédiawaye Tax and Estates Center
As part of the modernization of the tax administration’s document management, we designed and delivered an innovative archiving center, combining secure physical storage and cutting-edge digital solutions.
The project includes:
A 1500 m² building on two levels, representing 3000 m² of functional space,
Large and well-organized physical storage spaces to optimize the storage and preservation of sensitive documents,
An integrated digital archiving system, guaranteeing data accessibility, traceability and security,
A training and documentation center, dedicated to supporting agents in the adoption of new documentary technologies.
This project embodies our commitment to smart infrastructure, serving administrative efficiency and the digital transformation of public institutions.
